This is my second one of these, I ruined the first by leaving it out but don't plan to neglect this one. I agree with the complaints about cleaning, wish the surface was smaller, hard to fit in my sink. I got the cleaning pads this time and plan to use them. I would definitely recommend this grill, bought one for family already. Really wish he would come up with a cart that would surround it.
This is the the third electric patio grill I've purchased and the second George Forman. When I moved to Florida, I purchased another brand from Home Depot for my condo lanai. It had no directions regarding cooking temperature or time and none were available from the manufacturer. In addition, there was no way to hook the lid to the grill when it was open, which meant that I had to set it on the tile floor. Very unhandy and messy. I gave it to a neighbor and bought the George Forman, which worked perfectly.

The new grill seems to fit together more tightly than the one I bought 6 years ago and it is very stable on my deck. I love the fact that it heats quickly and is ready to go in just a few minutes. i bought it at Costco in Aug. of 2010 for just $59.

This is the perfect grill for the back yard deck. It's safe, and is the perfect size for 8 large chicken breasts. The grill lines on the chicken are beautiful and makes a gorgeous presentation on the dinner plate. Everything cooks exceptionally well on the George Foreman grill. Even the veggie burgers look and taste delicious on it. It is my 2nd electric grill, and I actually like it better than my gas grill. It was a great price, too! I will buy another one when this one finally needs to be replaced 6 or 7 years from now!!
I thought about getting this grill for two summers before I actually purchased it. I wanted a grill that I could use outside on my deck. I didn't want to have to deal with charcoal or gas. This grill is quick to heat up by just turning the knob, and it cooks food fast and delishous. Clean up is a breeze, you just take the top inside and wash it. I wish it had come with a matching cover. I purchased a black one that I am not that crazy about. I love the grill and have grilled everything on it from meats to fruits. This grill can be used inside as well as outside.
Grill was easy to set up lightweight and easy to clean. Food cooked on this grill taste to me the same as on a gas grill and being electric you never have to worry about running out of gas during an event.
